Come learn how COTS, an award-winning nonprofit agency near San Francisco, uses Integral theory in its programs and organizational development to more effectively help homeless people. You’ll also see a 12 minute documentary, At Home Within, that shows how COTS and the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) offer practices including meditation and qigong to support homeless people in their restoration and development. John also will offer a Yoga Nidra guided meditation working with the sense of “home” and “homelessness.” Read the rest of this page »
