Integral Incubator (featuring guest teacher Ken Wilber)

The Integral Incubator is a five-day retreat into your work, not a vacation away from it. It is a “work-week boot-camp” consisting of personal coaching, transformational practices, and intensified work spaces that will heighten your discipline, creativity and ability to get things done.

We’ve conducted two Incubator so far, both receiving rave reviews. The next one is scheduled for June 14 – 18th. Come to Career Night at Boulder Integral and learn more about this powerful career-building program.

Liberation Economics

Liberation Economics is based on the belief that we no longer need to choose between having a well paying job or one that is fulfilling. It is possible to have both the means and the meaning. But we can’t do it alone. The good news is that we’re not alone, and we all want the same thing.

The purpose of Liberation Economics is to facilitate the emergence of a practice community that collaborates, supports, and even relies on each other to co-create opportunities for all members to make a living through living our purpose.

Join us at Boulder Integral on June 12-13th to catalyze the emergence of this community.

Meet the panel

At Career Night at Boulder Integral you’ll hear from the lead faculty of both the Integral Incubator and Liberation Economics. Get your questions answered, find out all you need to know,

The Opportunities in Our Global Crisis: Catalyzing a Second Renaissance, with Dr. Robin Wood

May 7th Friday, 2010
7pm – 9pm

$10 (Boulder Integral Members), $15 for non-members
Venue: Boulder Integral, 2805 Broadway St. Boulder, CO 80304
Email: info@boulderintegral.org

How can higher consciousness transform our current global crises into opportunities? Robin brings a fun, entertaining style to an often sobering and complex topic. Cutting through the complexity and rhetoric, he challenges, empowers and inspires, offering fresh insights and energy to go out and make a difference with passion and discernment.

Some of the big questions he will be covering include:

Is There A Way Out, Up & Beyond Business As Usual?

The evolution of our civilization is driven by an accelerating rate of knowledge breakthroughs, new technologies and ways of organizing. A few hundred million of us are shifting toward a more empathic, world-centric way of living. Yet our unsustainable and growing environmental footprint could trigger the extinction of 80% of all species this century, and we may have only a few years left to avoid a tipping point to runaway warming and climate change.

Seeing The Simplicity on The Other Side Of Complexity Unconscious evolution has always been driven by crises that trigger mass extinctions of species, technologies, products and organizations. Some say we are at the chaos point of no-return;others that we are at the dawn of the emergence of a new kind of human being. Dr Wood believes it is both more complex and yet simple. He’ll explain how global trends are:

  • encouraging the conscious development of body, mind and spirit in self, culture and nature in myriad ways
  • enabling conscious evolution to catch up with and tame the runaway growth of our economies and technologies
  • catalyzing a new interactive form of collective consciousness that is aware of the whole global system and able to effectively deal with previously insurmountable global challenges.

Power To The People From The Bottom Up

Robin will explain a new global dynamic, whereby

  • resilient, thriving human habitats are enabled by
  • socially entrepreneurial systems providing
  • renewable energy solutions, biosphere renewal services, bottom-up funding mechanisms,
  • catalyzed by meshworked Integral organizational approaches, worldcentric mindsets and mass interactive innovation.

Aligning People, Planet & Profit 2.0 By 2020 Is Doable – With A Skip In Your Step

Dr Robin Wood is a futurist, strategist, evolutionary and entrepreneur who has advised and worked at board level in hundreds of global organizations, governments and NGOs in 30 countries over three decades. His award winning book “Managing Complexity” mapped out the challenges and solutions to doing business in the global digital economy, and his new book, “The Great Shift: Catalyzing the Second Renaissance, explores the trends and options unfolding in the next decade, making a coherent case for the possibility of a thriving future if we make intelligent choices in the next few years. Based in the South of France, Robin is President of The Renaissance2 Foundation, which catalyzes enterprise and social innovation for people, profit and a sustainable planet.

” Robin Wood’s ideas for a Second Reconnaissance-this time a global, and holistic rebirth and not only a European socio-cultural one-are a precious compass for helping us make the coming worldshift into a shift to a new and vital human civilization: an upshift to evolution, rather than a downshift to extinction.” -Ervin Laszlo

Planetary Citizenship in a World Gone Slightly Mad, with Terry Patten

Date: June 28
Time: 7pm – 9pm
Venue: Boulder Integral Center, 2805 Broadway Street, Boulder, CO 80304
Info@boulderintegral.org
$10 *BI Members
$15  *Regular entrance

Our evolutionary emergency calls each of us, personally, to something truly new. Old ways of thinking, including old forms of philosophy, spirituality, activism, and entrepreneurialism are insufficient. A new Integral Evolutionary orientation is called for, one that integrates the best of leading edge philosophical insight, spiritual depth, social activism, and entrepreneurial innovation. But it’s just beginning to emerge — how do we open up to, connect with, and co-create this new emergent conscious leadership?

If you’re hungry for a deeper Integral conversation — this evening’s for you. It will be a passionate and original exploration, right “on the edge” of what is currently emerging in the Integral and Evolutionary communities.

Terry will express his connection with this electrifying emergent consciousness, clarity, power, and passion that is now finding new Integral and Evolutionary forms. We’ll make direct energetic contact with the impulse of evolution itself, the rational and trans-rational spiritual initiation of our time. And we’ll experience how this can inspire and empower us to live life on a higher octave.

We can align ourselves to something greater than ourselves that can help us meet life authentically and effectively, free and happy, optimistic and grounded, committed and realistic, even as we confront what sometimes seem like the most sobering circumstances.

Terry Patten is a vital, leading voice in the fields of integral evolutionary practice, leadership and spirituality. He speaks and consults internationally, inspiring, challenging, and connecting Integral evolutionary leaders and institutions worldwide. A gifted communicator, community-builder, successful entrepreneur, and author of four books, Terry has worked for over three decades as a philosopher, activist, coach, consultant, and teacher, helping leaders embody higher consciousness in practical actions that transform complex systems. He is the author, with Ken Wilber, of Integral Life Practice. His personal web site is www.integralheart.com.
